Rev. Kamiya represents Rissho Kosei-Kai at United Nations 9/11 Commemoration
Rev. Masamichi Kamiya served as the representative of President Niwano in the tenth anniversary commemoration ceremony of Setember 11th at the United Nations. Rev. Kamiya was one of four religious leaders in the United Nations sponsored event held on September 9, 2011. The inter-faith leaders read a poem by Maya Angelou, after which they lit a candle together, followed by a minute of silence.
